First and last Pixio product I will own

Bought this three years ago. System board failed 2 months after warranty expired. Contacted Pixio for RMA or alternate solution. Customer service threw their hands up and told me I had to pay more than the MSRP for repair or purchase a new one (they suggested purchasing a new one). I asked if there was any other option; they offered a $15 discount on a new purchase.

I completely understand that policy is policy. That being said, this was the worst ROI I've had on any display. First and last Pixio product I will own.

Ok but can't adjust color setting and has ghosting

This monitor is not bad for the price but the HDR is kinda washed out and you can't enable HDR and G-Sync together so that kinda sucks. Also for some reason the "color" setting on the menu is blacked out so I can't adjust anything on it. Lastly there is ghost on games so unless you are playing at the 144/165 FPS, you will get ghosting. In particular, games look very choppy and blurry on 60 FPS, examples are RE8, Cyberpunk, FF15 has horrible ghosting when riding a chocobo, and so on.

Once again for some reason cannot adjust the color setting, it is blacked out, cannot use HDR and G-Sync together, and ghosting. Overally it is an ok monitor for the price, you can do much worst.

It is a great monitor that does everything it advertised it would. The packaging was also extremely nice, and came with now damages. I would buy it again if I had more money.
